This summer, we sign-posted Kyle to our partners Sporty Minds to join as a volunteer for their HAF sessions, and he has absolutely thrived!

Kyle embedded our values into his approach, worked brilliantly within the team, and made a huge impact supporting the young people attending the sessions.

 

Through volunteering, he has learnt a significant amount and developed positively as a result. Watching him flourish has been a highlight of the summer, and Sporty Minds have described him as a pleasure to have on board.

Kyle’s journey is a fantastic example of our Inclusive Next Steps Programme, where we provide young people with SEND meaningful work experience and hands-on opportunities to work and grow in a supportive environment.
